Just had my Kia picanto serviced and passed it’s first MOT at Mantles Royston Kia. Staff were super friendly, nice and professional. I’ve been told it could take up to 2.5 hours, however, I got a phone call from them saying it was ready for pickup within 1.5 hours! They even cleaned and vacuumed my car! Highly recommend this shop to everyone! :-)

Very impressed with the service dept at Mantles Royston Kia.

They diagnosed and fixed a nebulous hard-to-reproduce noise on my Kia Sorento, sourced and changed a tyre, performed manufacturer's service, valeted, cleaned, all in less than 24 hours flat and not at all as pricey as I feared it would be at a main dealership.
Super-polite staff, very professional reception. Kept me updated and were very clear about what needed doing etc.
Lovely brand new courtesy car kept me on the road.

Recently visited with an awful noise coming from the engine and was very worried it could be something serious. Within 2 hours Mantles had repaired the issue (making the car sound like new), cleaned the car inside & out and all at a fraction of the price I was expecting it to be.

Dear Sir,
I am emailing today to compliment not only the excellent service I have received from Mantles Kia but also, in particular, the service from Caroline and Lesley on the service desk. 
I have been a customer of Mantles for many years, firstly as Rover and most recently with Kia. I had reason to recently buy a Picanto, regrettably not from yourself, but from another dealer locally only because the particular car I wanted at the time was not in your stock list. 
I, unfortunately, had a slow puncture yesterday and since I worked nearer the other dealer made several calls to them to resolve the issue. Over two hours later I finally got through only to be offered an appointment on 10th April. Under the circumstances, this clearly was not acceptable and when I queried that, I was told, " Sorry, we are busy it's the best I can do."
So, I called Mantles. My call, which was answered cheerily and immediately, was professionally and helpfully dealt with. I was offered an appointment first thing this morning, despite your service team being fully booked today.
When I arrived, I was greeted by name and offered a cup of tea. In the time it took to drink it, my puncture was repaired and shortly after I was on my way. 
This level of customer care is outstanding. The friendly and professional manner that Caroline and Lesley showed me was fantastic and the speedy repair to my car was superb. Mantles Kia is a well-regarded company and it is clear that the greatest resource you have are your staff. To be able to continue this service, even after the fire is Royston is further proof of this. 
I shall continue to use Mantles Kia for all my further servicing and repairs and no doubt in future will buy another car from you. 
I would be grateful if you could pass on my appreciation firstly to Caroline and Lesley but also the rest of the service team for their work today; a first class job with superb customer service. Thank you.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with my new Ford Fiesta I picked up today, I would like a special mention for Ashley who was lovely and found me the car I wanted, he was very nice and professional from the moment I first came to Mantles to have a look around, nothing was to much trouble he was brilliant, he phoned me nearly every day to keep me informed how everything was going in his search for the car I wanted, and on the day it arrived he phoned me to let me know it was on the transporter then again when it arrived, lovely to be looked after so well, so a big thank you to him,
