COVID-19 Customer Update - 5th January 2021

New & Used Car Sales

Following the latest Prime Minister’s announcement, customers will not be allowed to visit our Kia Showroom at York Way, Royston from Tuesday 5th January 2021 until further notice.

However, our website and social media platforms will remain operational throughout this period and designated key staff will be in place in a safe environment to respond to any sales enquiry or request for information.

On-Line vehicle purchases are permitted and can be arranged throughout this period. For further details please go to, e-mail us at or alternatively call our Sales Hotline on 07773 362515. Vehicle deliveries to your home will take place without charge within a 50 mile radius.     

Service & Parts

Current government advice is that our Service and MOT Workshop may remain open to provide an essential service to our customers, in order to keep their vehicles safe and legal on the road.  The Service Department will therefore remain open to assist customers between 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and 08.30am to 12.30pm on Saturday. Every effort will be made to provide a full range of Servicing, MOT’s and repairs but, due to reduced staffing, priority will be given to customers with the greatest need. This situation will be reviewed on a weekly basis.

Additional precautionary steps have been taken to ensure that customers’ cars are sanitized before and after contact with our staff.  Our facilities at York Way are laid out to encourage social distancing between staff and customers.

During this difficult period our staff numbers will be reduced and we would therefore ask for your understanding of our situation.
